Four desks.
Every side of the trade.
Principal dealing, fee-based advisory, fund and portfolio management, and fiduciary administration — the full architecture of an investment firm, under one roof in Deltona, Florida.
Investing on own account.
We take positions as principal — our capital at risk, not our clients'. The desk deals in distressed and alternative instruments where pricing discipline matters more than volume.
Advice paid for by the client.
Customized investment advice and financial planning on a transparent, client-paid fee basis — certified financial planners building plans around your balance sheet, not a product shelf.
Engagements cover investment advice consulting and counseling, financial planning, and portfolio reviews — each scoped, fee-disclosed, and documented before work begins.
Running money under mandate.
We manage investment funds, mutual funds, private equity and pension mandates, and personal investment trusts — each under a written mandate with defined objectives, constraints, and reporting cadence.
Portfolio construction follows documented allocation policy; every position, rebalancing, and distribution is logged and reported to the client or trustee.
The infrastructure of trust.
Nondepository trust company and agency services — the unglamorous machinery that keeps ownership, settlement, and estates in order.
Trust Administration
Personal investment trust administration, nondepository trust company services, bank trust office functions, and administration of private estates.
Escrow & Custody
Escrow agency (non-real-estate), fiduciary agency services, and securities custody — assets held and released strictly per instruction.
Transfer Agency
Securities and stock transfer agency, securities-holders' protective committee services, and stock quotation services.
Broking & Clearing Support
Deposit broking, oil and gas lease broking, crowdfunding raise administration, and coordination with commodity/securities clearinghouses including virtual-currency exchange clearing.
Frequently asked.
Are you a broker-dealer or a bank?
No. We operate as an investment and fiduciary services firm — principal investor, fee-based adviser, fund/portfolio manager, and nondepository trust administrator. Where a transaction requires a registered broker-dealer or depository institution, we work with appropriately licensed counterparties.
How do tax lien investments work?
We acquire tax lien certificates and related instruments as principal — purchasing municipal liens that pay statutory interest or convert to property rights. It's a niche, process-driven market where diligence on the underlying parcel matters most.
How are advisory fees structured?
All advisory and planning engagements are customized and fee-based — paid by the client, disclosed in the written agreement, with no hidden product commissions.
How do we begin?
Contact li.k@americanre.shop or +1 (442) 404-8840 with a short description of your objective. We'll respond with a scoping call and, where appropriate, a written engagement proposal.
Let's define the mandate.
Principal, advisory, management, or fiduciary — one conversation determines the right desk.
